ACTION REQUIRED IMPORTANT ON-PREMISE AGENT UPDATE INFORMATION
We will be updating TIBCO Scribe Agents to leverage Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 in mid August 2019. Customers using TIBCO Scribe On-Premise Agents will need to ensure that the .NET version for any computers running On-Premise Agents are upgraded to .NET 4.7.2.
If Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 is not installed prior to the release, On-Premise Agents will not be upgraded to the latest version. However solutions will continue to run on the old agent. If you only use TIBCO Scribe Cloud Agents, they will automatically be updated and no action is required on your part.
