Instance ID(s) of some Applications will be changed, however, Application IDs will remain the same.

We have a planned migration of API models from API Model and Mock (capability of TIBCO Cloud™ Integration) to TIBCO Cloud™ API Modeler beginning on May 3rd, 2024 at 12:30AM (EDT) on AWS (all regions). The maintenance will take around 3 hours to complete. A downtime of approximately 30 minutes is expected during this window.

After this planned migration is complete, you will need to log into TIBCO Cloud™ API Modeler in order to find/manage your assets. These models will continue to be available in design environments (e.g. Flogo, BusinessWorks Business Studio).

If you were using any Mock Apps with those previous models, they will be deleted as a part of this process and will need to be recreated if required.

As part of our continued efforts to improve security, reliability, and performance, TIBCO Cloud Integration™ is scheduled for maintenance on Monday, May 6th, 2024 at 12am in the AWS EU region. This rolling update will occur throughout the next several weeks.

TIBCO Cloud™Integration - expected impact for Apps (Flogo, NodeJS and BusinessWorks) during the maintenance window can be found at https://support.tibco.com/s/article/TIBCO-Cloud-Integration-Infrastructure-Upgrade-and-App-Migration. The below are some critical items to be aware of:
- New IP Addresses will be used for all Apps.
- Endpoint URLs will be created with a new pattern.
- App Logs may not display until re-logging into TCI
- Incorrect Instance ID may be visible until re-logging into TCI

Dear TIBCO APIM Customer,

This notification applies to you if your organization enforces IP whitelisting either for calls received from TIBCO Cloud APIM to the API backend or to connect to Mashery On Prem Manager (MOM) for syncing configuration data in a APIM-LE tethered setup.

Please note that we have published a new list of traffic manager IP Addresses. Please refresh your firewall rules with the latest list. We have ensured that the current IP addresses are part of the new list so change can be safely absorbed now without any impact to the traffic. This new IP range will go in effect on 06/01/2024.

The list contains the Mashery Traffic Manager IP addresses for all regions. We do not separate them out by different data centers due to our high availability posture as our architecture allows us to service TLS/non-TLS or secure/unsecure traffic from any data center, if needed.
