This maintenance activity will be performed during the non-business hours (9.30 PM to 6:30 AM EDT) between September 10 to September 15.

This maintenance activity does not have any downtime on the user applications running on TIBCO Cloud.

As part of our continued efforts to improve security, reliability, and performance, TIBCO Cloud™ platform is scheduled for maintenance on Sunday, 3rd September, 2023 at 09:30 PM EDT time in the AWS US West and East regions. This will take 5+ business days to complete.

TIBCO Cloud™ Messaging - existing users should be unaffected by this maintenance but new users cannot sign up for trials during this time. All the other TIBCO Cloud services trials will remain unaffected.

TIBCO Cloud™ Spotfire® - will be in downtime up to 6 hours during this maintenance period. We will post an update when TIBCO Cloud™ Spotfire® is accessible again.

TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - expected impact for Apps during the maintenance window
- Applications will be restarted. Any applications using TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Hybrid Agent will reconnect.
- Instance ID(s) of some Applications will be changed, however, Application IDs will remain the same.
