TIBCO Scribe® Online will update the Scribe® Salesforce connector on Thursday, September 24th, 2026, at 08:00 AM US Eastern Time in the AWS US (N. Virginia) and EU (Frankfurt) regions.
This patch updates the Salesforce connector to align with Salesforce's updated security standards, including Proof Key for Code Exchange (PKCE) and enhanced token security controls.
After confirming that all agents in the affected environments have been successfully updated with the patch, we will update the Salesforce application to enforce these new security measures.
Agents with the Salesforce connector installed will be restarted when they are idle and not running solutions. No performance impact is expected.
