The TIBCO Cloud Spotfire® - US maintenance window has been moved to Wednesday, 2 June 2021 at 9:00 PM US Pacific time. The maintenance is expected to take up to six hours and downtime is expected for the entire duration of the maintenance window.

TIBCO Cloud Spotfire® - US will have an extended maintenance window on Wednesday, 19 May 2021 at 9:00 PM Pacific. The maintenance is expected to take up to six hours and downtime is expected for the entire duration of the maintenance window.

After this maintenance window, TIBCO Cloud Spotfire will use new IP addresses which may affect any whitelist requirements you have. Please refer to https://support.tibco.com/s/article/Required-changes-to-IP-addresses-to-allow-for-TIBCO-Cloud-Spotfire-web-client-access-to-data-sources for more information about the IP address change.
