IMPORTANT NOTICE The *.servicebus.cloudapi.de URL is being deprecated in September 2021. After June 22, 2021, the next time your European on-premise agents restart, they will connect to *.servicebus.windows.net.
To communicate with the TIBCO Scribe® platform on status and instructions in real-time the Agent needs to attach to the TIBCO Scribe Online Service Bus over outbound ports 443, 5671, 5672, 9350, 9351, 9352, 9353, 9354. Without access to the Service Bus, agents will continue to work, reverting to a polling mode and will no longer communicate in real-time, causing longer response times in the application.
On 22 June 2021, a software update will change the location that agents use for the Service Bus for the Europe AWS region to *.servicebus.windows.net. If whitelisting is required by your IT organization, we recommend that you update any whitelists you have configured to allow your on-premise agents to access this URL, otherwise your agents will revert to polling mode.
In September 2021 *.servicebus.cloudapi.de will be deprecated.
