TIBCO Cloud™ API Management has been upgrading the traffic related infrastructure for the past few months. We are now moving to the next phase to upgrade the supporting systems such as Mashery On Prem Manager (MoM), Developer Portals, Mashery APIs etc. Please note that this is not a code change activity like our regularly scheduled weekly maintenances.
These systems will be upgraded and maintenance activities will be performed every day starting Monday August 1, 2022 until completion, scheduled for August 15, 2022. Based on our data points and testing, no service disruption is expected during that time.
As always, if you experience any unusual behavior on TIBCO Cloud API platform then please contact us via the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com) and select the priority of the Case based on the current business impact.
