For customers who require white listed communications from their agents, additional IP addresses will be added to the Europe AWS region for the agent-frankfurt.scribesoft.com endpoint on May 1, 2020. No existing IP addresses will be removed.

In order to avoid disruption, customers in the Europe AWS region that use Scribe On-Premise Agents and require IP address whitelisting for agent-frankfurt.scribesoft.com should add the following IP addresses to their whitelist.
