Dear TIBCO APIM Customer,

This notification applies to you if your organization enforces IP whitelisting either for calls received from TIBCO Cloud APIM to the API backend or to connect to Mashery On Prem Manager (MOM) for syncing configuration data in a APIM-LE tethered setup.

Please note that we have published a new list of traffic manager IP Addresses. Please refresh your firewall rules with the latest list. We have ensured that the current IP addresses are part of the new list so change can be safely absorbed now without any impact to the traffic. This new IP range will go in effect on 07/10/2023.

The list contains the Mashery Traffic Manager IP addresses for all regions. We do not separate them out by different data centers due to our high availability posture as our architecture allows us to service non-SSL/TLS traffic from any data center, if needed.

Please note that failure to refresh IP whitelisting can result in traffic loss (504-Gateway TImeout) after 07/10/2023.
